Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping on the replacement
• Item must be in original, unused condition

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@vurastudios.com with your order number and your reason for the return or exchange. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. See our Warranty page for full details.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products (ebooks)
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items not in original condition or missing original packaging
