Every VURA mirror ships with a wall-mount bracket, mounting screws, and drywall anchors. No additional hardware purchase is necessary for standard drywall installation.

Most installations take 15–30 minutes with a drill and a level. Locate your studs (or use the included anchors), mount the bracket, hang the mirror, and plug into a standard 110V outlet. No electrician required.

Yes. All VURA mirrors support both portrait and landscape orientation. The touch control panel is designed to be accessible in either position.

No. VURA mirrors plug into any standard 110V / 60Hz wall outlet. No hardwiring, no electrician, no permit required.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging. To start a return, email support@vurastudios.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the return label.

Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. For smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a gentle glass cleaner — spray the cloth, not the mirror. Avoid abrasive materials, ammonia-based cleaners, and getting any liquid near the edges or touch panel.

VURA mirrors are designed for professional salon and studio environments. Install in spaces with stable ambient temperature and low direct moisture exposure. Keep the touch panel and cord connection dry at all times.

Wipe the panel gently with a dry or very lightly dampened microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the panel or allow moisture to accumulate around it.
