Vura Warranty Policy

Every Vura product is backed by a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

What's Covered

  • LED lighting defects and premature failures
  • Touch control panel malfunctions
  • USB charging port failures
  • Factory defects in electrical components
  • Structural defects present at time of manufacture

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, accidents, or mishandling
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Damage resulting from improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@vurastudios.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or video clearly showing the issue.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm whether your issue is covered.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Return Shipping on Warranty Claims

Within 30 days of delivery: If your defect is reported within 30 days of delivery, Vura will cover return shipping at no cost to you. A prepaid return label will be provided upon claim approval.

After 30 days: For defects reported after 30 days (but within the 1-year warranty period), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method — Vura is not responsible for items lost in transit.
