One person can do it — the bracket goes up first, then the mirror lifts on. Most installs take 15–30 minutes.
Is the light bright enough for color work, or is it mainly decorative?
Both — it dims 10–100% and tunes 3000K–6500K. At full daylight it's true working light, not mood lighting.
