Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Vura product. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where possible
  • Products showing signs of installation damage, physical damage, or misuse are not eligible for return
  • Digital products (ebooks) are non-refundable once delivered

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@vurastudios.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a confirmation.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Do not ship without return authorization.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Vura does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and keeping your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange a product for a different size or model, follow the same process as a return. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please see our Warranty Policy for the claims process. Manufacturer defects are handled separately from our standard return policy.

Extended Warranty Returns

The $50 Extended Warranty add-on is non-refundable once the original product return window has closed.
