Return Policy

You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Shipping costs: Customers cover all return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Restocking fees: 15% for opened items (packaging intact); 25% if the original packaging is missing.
• Non-returnable: Installed or damaged items cannot be accepted or refunded.

Delivery Damage Claims

Inspect your package on arrival. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you an approval or denial. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
